2010 Season

Sadly, the Burgess Hill Redhats will not be participating in the 2010 season. Anyone interested in playing baseball in the Sussex area should contact Horsham Baseball who will be fielding a senior team in the BBF AA Division. Horsham also has an extensive youth program.

Redhats lose final two

Oxford forfeits

Due to difficulties getting a team together for this weekend, Oxford was forced to cancel the weekend's games against Burgess Hill. The forfeit means the Redhats pick up two wins, Oxford gets two losses and loses one win off their record. This results in the Redhats and Oxford being tied at 11-13, but the Redhats have scored more runs: 179 to Oxford's 143.

The final two games for the Redhats for 2009 will be Sunday August 16 against league leaders Southampton, who have already clinched their spot in the BBF playoffs.
